This concept isn't new! The Red Caboose Motel near Lancaster, PA has been around for a long time. Each "room" is it's own caboose rail car. I stayed there with my parents when I was a kid back in the late 1970's/early 1980's.

Instead of bickering about this cap situation, why don't these companies work with the Department of Education to reform how our children our educated? Get rid of this Common Core and No Child Left Behind crap and start educating our children based on what type of jobs are actually available!

Where were the parents of these children when they were using the e-cigs? Even though there hasn't been young children in her house since the mid-1980's my mother still stores her container of matches where no young child could reach them. Laziness isn't an excuse for bad parenting!
